Chakras and their Communication  

Learn how the energy of your chakras contributes to your wellbeing.

This fun filled class covers 9 revealed chakra points, connection to source energy & suggested combinations of crystals to interact with the spinning wheels of energy to promote enhanced self-healing.

Utilizing tools such as the five elements in the meridians, visualization, "running" energy and using crystals to enhance the process of self-healing. We will use simplified sacred geometric grids and the class comes with an attunement to the energy.

Although there are thousands of chakras throughout and around our physical form, we will focus on those in close proximity to our "core line"; they connect directly to source and run in an almost straight line into the crystalline center of the earth.

This is a basic workshop teaching fundamental; most materials will be provided. You are encouraged to bring with you any crystals you have that you would like to work with, although this is not necessary to learn.
